We are looking for a General Foreman to join Dogwood Industries LLC in Sedro-Woolley, WA. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will oversee the fabrication process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in steel fabrication, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional products.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the fabrication of metal assemblies in various departments.
• Establish work processes, jigs, and tooling for efficient production.
• Ensure adherence to quality control measures and safety protocols.
• Review job budgets and facilitate production meetings.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as a Foreman in a fabrication setting.
• Proficiency in weld processes, shop drawings, and metalworking equipment operation.
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate crew members.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
