Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate and qualified Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team at CareerStaff Unlimited in Atlanta, GA. As an RN in our long-term acute care (LTAC) unit, you will be responsible for providing top-quality patient care, performing systematic assessments, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Responsibilities
- Admit and transfer patients to the unit.
- Perform initial and on-going patient assessments.
- Document patient information accurately.
- Interpret diagnostic data and lab results.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.
- Respond to life-saving situations as per nursing standards.
- Advocate for patients and provide education and support.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient relations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in LTAC/SNF setting.
- Active RN license and CPR/BLS certification.
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
