We are hiring a dedicated Pizza Cook to join our team at Kiwanda Hospitality Group. As a pizza cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas according to customer orders. This role involves preparing pizza dough, selecting and cutting various ingredients, monitoring pizza ovens, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Success in this position requires strict adherence to kitchen safety protocols and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to recipes.
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times for quality control.
• Manage ingredient inventory and restock supplies as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in work areas.
• Plate or package pizzas for serving or takeout.
• Ensure timely completion of customer orders.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Food Handler’s Certificate.
• Prior experience in food preparation and handling.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and practices.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
