Stroke Program Coordinator (RN) Full Time Days

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Stroke Program Coordinator (RN) to join our team at Manatee Memorial Hospital (MMH) in Bradenton, Florida. As the Stroke Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the Cerebrovascular and Neurosciences Program, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, educate, and evaluate patient care within the program.
• Develop and maintain evidence-based care through education and training.
• Participate in the implementation and operations of a TIA clinic.
• Maintain patient/family advocacy and coordinate multidisciplinary services.

Qualifications

• BSN required, current RN licensure in Florida.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification, CNRN Certification, and ASLS Instructor.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in emergency/critical care/neuro nursing.
• Strong program development and management skills.
