Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join the team at Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. The role involves a variety of responsibilities, including repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance. Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $24-$28/hr
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
- Additional Compensation: $50.00 cell phone stipend, mileage reimbursement

Requirements
- Two years of previous apartment maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of various maintenance tasks
- Pool maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
