Job Description

Sevita, a part of REM Community Services , is currently seeking compassionate Caregivers/Direct Support Professionals to join our team in Galesville, Holmen, Onalaska, and West Salem, WI. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live well and reach their full potential. This rewarding position offers competitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for full-time and part-time shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care needs.
• Support participants in achieving their developmental goals, including community integration and skill-building.
• Foster meaningful relationships and provide emotional support to enhance overall well-being.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
• Driver's license preferred but not mandatory.
