Job Description

We are looking for motivated RN New Grad Residency candidates to join our team at HSHS St. John's Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting and restoring patients' health, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and providing compassionate care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Complete the nursing process under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients, families, and friends.
• Supervise assigned team members to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Previous healthcare or service industry experience is a plus.
• Required licenses and certifications: Illinois License, Wisconsin Temporary Permit, Basic Life Support (BLS).
