Job Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the 296-unit apartment community of Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. This position involves carrying out repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance. The role requires excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform various maintenance tasks including repairs, painting, and landscaping.
- Conduct pool maintenance and janitorial services.
- Ensure the property amenities are well-maintained.
- Assist with after-hours emergencies as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of apartment maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of various maintenance tasks such as carpentry, electrical work, and plumbing.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate maintenance equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
