Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is currently seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct resident care, including nursing/clinical, personal, nutritional, and restorative care in skilled nursing operations and other areas throughout our community. You will work closely with licensed nursing staff to provide individualized care and support, maintain records, and assist in the physical well-being of residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist designated residents in line with the Sunrise Mission of Quality of Life for All Seniors.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to plan and execute restorative therapy programs.
• Maintain Restorative Records for each resident.
• Maintain and clean adaptive and medical equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license in VA.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Previous CNA experience preferred.
• Passion for senior care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
