Job Description
Join our team at Nestlé Information Technology, the digital arm of the world's largest nutrition, health, and wellness company. As a Senior Manager for Products and Platforms, you will lead the Regional Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce (MSE) team in delivering Sales Technology solutions to our North American Operating Companies. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership, manage resources, and drive innovation initiatives to enhance business value through technology. Your responsibilities will include overseeing team management, scaling innovation across the region, and ensuring the successful deployment and evolution of Sales-related applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Regional team for MSE Sales Technology.
- Represent Sales Technology across Marketing, Sales, and eCommerce areas.
- Scale Sales innovation initiatives and build business cases.
- Plan, manage, and communicate regional deployments of Sales Technology applications.
- Oversee the deployment, sustain, and evolution of Sales applications.
- Ensure team adherence to Service Level Management and Compliance & Security requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 10+ years of combined business and technology experience.
- 5+ years of management experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Digital Business Technology and solutions.
