Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Cost Analyst with fluency in Japanese to join TOYOTI1's team. As a subject matter expert on CADIOS, you will investigate monthly variances, work closely with Japan to manage production costs, and oversee fixed asset inventory. Your expertise in cost accounting and cost management, along with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, is essential for this role. CPA certification and experience with SAP S4 HANA are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to manage production costs effectively. (Fluency in Japanese required)
• Direct fixed asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and validate upon completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing an annual budget for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification preferred.
• 10 years of related experience in cost accounting and cost management.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
• Fluency in Japanese is essential.
