Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join our team at TOYOTI1 as a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician. As an integral part of our operations, you will utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predict pending failures, and ensure optimal equipment performance to minimize downtime effectively. Your role will involve using advanced technology such as infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic devices to collect data daily and collaborate with maintenance planners for timely repairs. Additionally, you will provide critical support to Plant Operations and Maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime due to equipment failure and contribute to enhancing the reliability program.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, detect, and predict machine failures to minimize downtime.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule timely repairs.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and repairs as necessary.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings and support plant operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with reliability technology in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to complete necessary training and obtain certifications.
