Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Toyo Tires NA is seeking talented Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain industrial equipment, including PLCs, servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
• Conduct electrical system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Must be willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent in mechanical/electrical field.
• 5+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance.
• Expertise in PLCs (Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley), AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing work environment and prioritize tasks.
• Strong safety orientation and problem-solving skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift objects up to 80 pounds.
