Job Description
Toyo Tires North America Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking self-motivated Maintenance Technicians to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and maintaining advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with a focus on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on industrial equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLCs, AC & DC servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, including night shifts and occasional weekends/holidays.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of mechanical/electrical experience.
- Expertise in PLCs (Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley), servo drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, and VFDs.
- Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.
