Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production costs, analyzing monthly variances, and optimizing processes within the company's state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan to enhance the use of CADIOS for cost management.
• Plan and oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and ensure completion verification.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual labor and cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification is a plus.
• At least 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and management.
• Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluency in Japanese is required for effective communication with Japan.
