Job Description
Join TOYOTI1's team as a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese). In this full-time role, you will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, understand material transactions, and investigate variances. Collaborate with Japan to optimize production costs in Japanese. Plan and direct Fixed Asset inventory, analyze ROI, and participate in budget planning. Lead by example in executing all duties effectively.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
- Collaborate with Japan for cost management using CADIOS in Japanese.
- Plan and direct Fixed Asset inventory.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.
- Participate in budget planning for labor and costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years of related experience in cost accounting & management.
- CPA certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA advantageous.
- Fluency in Japanese is a must.
