TOYOTI1 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join our dynamic team. As a global tire manufacturing company with a focus on innovation and excellence, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about cost analysis and fluent in Japanese to take on a key role in managing our production costs. This position offers the opportunity to become a subject matter expert on CADIOS and work closely with our teams in Japan to drive cost efficiencies and optimize our financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Become the expert on CADIOS and oversee material transactions.
• Collaborate with Japan to enhance cost management using CADIOS.
• Lead fixed asset inventory planning and analysis.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and participate in budget planning.
• Utilize cost accounting expertise to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in cost accounting and management.
• Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
• Fluency in Japanese is mandatory.
