Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. As part of our innovative and quality-driven team, you will play a crucial role in managing production costs, analyzing variances, and directing fixed asset inventory. Fluency in Japanese is a must for this position.
Responsibilities
- Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
- Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and collaborate with Japan to optimize production costs.
- Plan and direct Fixed Asset inventory.
- Analyze ROI on new projects and contribute to the budget planning process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10 years of Cost Accounting and Cost Management experience.
- CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
