Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company. The successful candidate will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, manage production costs in collaboration with Japan, and lead the Fixed Asset inventory. Fluent Japanese language skills are essential for this role. Additionally, the Senior Cost Analyst will play a key role in budget planning, labor cost management, and ROI analysis for new projects.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Manage production costs and investigate variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with Japan on cost management using CADIOS.
• Direct Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
• Participate in budget planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
