Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese)

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst (Bilingual English/Japanese) to join TOYOTI1, a leading international tire manufacturing company with a strong focus on innovation, quality, and performance. In this role, you will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, manage production costs utilizing CADIOS, and lead the Fixed Asset inventory. You will collaborate with teams in Japan, requiring fluency in Japanese to optimize cost management processes.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Understand material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Work with Japan to optimize CADIOS for managing production costs - fluency in Japanese is a requirement.
• Plan and direct the Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and verify completion.
• Participate in budget planning by developing annual budgets for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and cost management.
• Previous experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
