Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS and manage production costs.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize the use of CADIOS.
• Direct the Fixed Asset inventory and analyze ROI on new projects.
• Participate in the annual budget planning process for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum six years of experience in cost accounting and cost management.
• Fluency in Japanese is required.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is a plus.
