Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual

We are looking for a talented Senior Cost Analyst who is bilingual in Japanese to join TOYOTI1's dynamic team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a key member of the team, you will become the subject matter expert on CADIOS, manage production costs, plan fixed asset inventory, and collaborate with departments on project ROI analysis. Fluency in Japanese is essential for engaging with our teams in Japan. Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS and investigate monthly variances.
• Collaborate with Japan to optimize CADIOS for managing production costs.
• Lead Fixed Asset inventory planning and analysis.
• Analyze ROI on projects, working with departments and verifying post-completion.
• Participate in the budget planning process, developing labor and cost budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification highly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Fluency in Japanese for effective communication with our teams in Japan.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lead by example.
