Toyo Tires N.A., a global leader in tire manufacturing, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Analyst Bilingual to join our dynamic team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Senior Cost Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing our production costs, analyzing variances, and collaborating with our team in Japan. Fluent Japanese language skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS.
• Investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.
• Collaborate with the team in Japan to optimize CADIOS for cost management.
• Oversee Fixed Asset inventory.
• Analyze ROI on new projects and track completion.
• Participate in the budget planning process for labor and other costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA certification preferred.
• 10 years of experience in Cost Accounting and Cost Management.
• Experience with SAP S4 HANA is advantageous.
• Fluent in Japanese.
