Job Description

Alliance Nursing is currently seeking RNs or LPNs for in-home care positions in Puyallup and Graham. The roles involve providing 1:1 care for trach/vent reliant pediatric clients. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses interested in private duty nursing with a focus on complex medical and developmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver critical nursing services to patients requiring mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions.
• Interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Respond quickly to any change in patient condition using excellent assessment skills and nursing judgment.

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Or, Current Multi-State License from a participating Compact State.
