Job Description

We are seeking dedicated RNs or LPNs to provide 1:1 care for pediatric and young adult clients in Tacoma and Graham with complex medical and developmental conditions. This position offers day and night shifts up to full-time employment. At Alliance Nursing, we specialize in private duty nursing, including mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions.

As a nurse, you will use your assessment skills, nursing judgment, and quick decision-making abilities to deliver exceptional care utilizing the nursing process. Basic Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Current Multi-State License from a participating Compact State.
