RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

Alliance Nursing is seeking dedicated RNs or LPNs for 1:1 care of pediatric and young adult clients in Lynnwood and Everett. Day and night shifts are available, up to full-time capacity. As a private duty nurse, you will provide critical nursing services to patients with complex medical and developmental conditions, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and various nursing interventions. Your role will involve competent clinical care utilizing the nursing process and maintaining professional standards while interacting with patients, families, and health team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to patients.
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
• Be responsive to changes in patient condition and act promptly.

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license.
• Strong assessment skills and ability to make quick clinical judgments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
