We are hiring a talented RN Navigator specializing in Bone Marrow Transplant and Benign Hematology at MUSC. As an integral part of the team at the Hollings Cancer Center, you will provide personalized assistance to patients and caregivers, ensuring timely access to quality care and effective communication between healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely clinical reviews of new patient referrals and coordinate appointments.
• Facilitate transitions of care across different healthcare services.
• Provide patient evaluations and education, supporting management based on physician guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with at least two years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support certification required.
• Physical ability to perform essential job functions.
