Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Problem Management Specialist - CRM to join Discover Financial Services, a leading digital banking and payments company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the life-cycle of assigned Corporate Risk Management Problems, identifying root causes, minimizing future impacts, and documenting resolutions in collaboration with various teams. Actively managing and escalating risks and customer-impacting issues is a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the life-cycle and coordinate actions to resolve assigned Problems.
  • Challenge root cause analysis, identify solutions, and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
  • Maintain service level agreements and monitor problem status in ServiceNow.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements and mentor team members if assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Consumer Banking, Project Management, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • Experience in risk management or people management is a plus.

Compensation

Base pay ranges from $75,500.00 to $127,900.00 with additional incentives.
