Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Problem Management Specialist - CRM to join Discover Financial Services, a leading digital banking and payments company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the life-cycle of assigned Corporate Risk Management Problems, identifying root causes, minimizing future impacts, and collaborating with various teams to resolve issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate actions to resolve issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Manage service level agreements and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain problem inventory and documentation quality.
  • Identify and propose process improvements and mentor team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Analytics, or Statistics.
  • 4+ years of experience in Consumer Banking Call Center Operations or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • 1+ years of risk management or people management experience.

Compensation

Base pay ranges from $75,500.00 to $127,900.00 with additional incentives.
