Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Children's Specialty Center at The University of Vermont Medical Center. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to pediatric patients, assess their needs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support during care transitions.
- Assess patient health and implement nursing care plans.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Experience in pediatric hematology/oncology preferred.
- CPHON certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 2 years.
