About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health. This full-time position involves performing accurate diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology under supervision. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and adhere to the highest standards of patient care.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality diagnostic exams following patient identification and physician orders.
- Acquire patient history accurately and monitor patients during procedures for safety.
- Operate diagnostic imaging equipment proficiently and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Provide procedural information and education to patients and families.
- Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms and equipment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiography program.
- Must be registered with the ARRT within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support Certification required.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with reasonable accommodations.
