Job Description
TOYOTI1 is seeking a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team on a full-time basis. As part of our maintenance team, you will use reliability equipment to analyze data, predict pending failures, and ensure optimal machine performance. Responsibilities
- Utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures.
- Review and analyze data to predict pending failures.
- Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data gathering.
- Submit work orders in MP2 and collaborate with maintenance planners.
- Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
- Monitor equipment for issues and recommend immediate repairs if necessary.
- Collect oil samples for lab test analysis.
- Support Plant Operations and Maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.
Qualifications
- An associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years of experience in reliability technology.
- Military experience considered.
- PDM certifications or willingness to obtain them.
- Thorough understanding of root cause failure analysis.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
