Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze, detect, and predict potential machine failures in order to minimize downtime effectively. This role involves daily data collection, analysis, and collaborating with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Schedule repairs during planned downtime to fix identified issues.
• Collaborate with Plant Operations and Maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Stay current in predictive maintenance technology through job-related training.
• Comply with all safety procedures and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years' experience in reliability technology.
• Experience with root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
