Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, review data to predict pending failures, and work closely with maintenance planners to schedule repairs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Predict pending failures by reviewing and analyzing data.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Coordinate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime due to machine failure.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or minimum 5 years' experience in reliability technology.
• Experience in root cause failure analysis.
• Willingness to stay current in predictive maintenance technology through training.
