Job Description
TOYOTI1 is looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, predict pending issues, and work with maintenance planners to schedule repairs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
- Predict pending failures by reviewing and analyzing gathered data.
- Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
- Work with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
- Identify conditions requiring immediate attention to prevent catastrophic failure.
- Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime due to machine failure.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years' experience in reliability technology.
- Thorough understanding of root cause failure analysis.
- Willingness to complete necessary training and certifications.
