Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a key member, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze, detect potential machine failures, and minimize downtime effectively. You will review and analyze data to predict pending failures, utilize various technologies for data gathering, and collaborate with maintenance planners for scheduled repairs. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in improving equipment life and minimizing unplanned downtime through predictive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Predict pending failures by reviewing and analyzing gathered data.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data gathering.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners for repair scheduling during planned downtime.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and repairs.
• Conduct oil sample collection and analysis.
• Support Plant Operations and Maintenance to minimize unplanned downtime.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of experience with reliability technology.
• Thorough understanding of root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a group environment.
