Job Description
We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will use reliability equipment to analyze and predict potential machine failures, minimizing downtime effectively. Responsibilities include analyzing data, utilizing various technologies for data gathering, submitting work orders, and collaborating with maintenance planners to schedule repairs. The technician will play a crucial role in detecting leaks, monitoring equipment, recommending repairs, and supporting Plant Operations and Maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime.
Qualifications
- An associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years of related experience.
- Experience with reliability technology and root cause failure analysis.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
