We are looking for a dedicated Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. As a technician, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and predicting machine failures, minimizing downtime through proactive maintenance and data analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failure.
• Review and analyze data to predict pending failure.
• Utilize advanced technologies for data collection.
• Submit work orders and schedule repairs.
• Detect equipment issues and recommend immediate repairs.
• Participate in reliability and maintenance meetings.
• Recommend equipment upgrades and replacements.
• Provide support to optimize equipment lifespan.
• Stay updated with predictive maintenance technology through training.
• Comply with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Military experience or certifications in predictive maintenance are a plus.
• Understanding of root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
