Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a crucial part of our team, you will utilize reliability equipment to analyze and prevent potential machine failures, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to predict impending machine failures.
• Utilize advanced technologies like infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic tools for data collection.
• Schedule and oversee repairs during planned maintenance downtime.
• Identify and rectify air, steam, and nitrogen leaks.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as changing filters, oil, and grease.
• Recommend immediate equipment shutdown for critical repairs.
• Contribute to enhancing equipment lifespan through proactive maintenance strategies.
• Stay updated on predictive maintenance technologies and participate in training programs.
• Follow safety protocols diligently and suggest upgrades or replacements as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of experience in reliability technology.
• Familiarity with root cause failure analysis and willingness to pursue relevant certifications.
• Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively within team environments.
