Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a crucial member of our team, you will utilize cutting-edge reliability equipment to predict machine failures, minimize downtime, and ensure the continuous operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Utilize data analysis to predict pending failures and take proactive maintenance measures.
• Gather data daily using infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect and address air, steam, and nitrogen leaks.
• Perform oil sample collection for lab analysis.
• Provide support to minimize unplanned downtime and improve equipment lifespan.
• Adhere to safety procedures and recommend equipment upgrades or repairs.
• Stay current with predictive maintenance technology through training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in reliability technology and root cause failure analysis.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
