Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Join TOYOTI1 as a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician and play a crucial role in analyzing and detecting potential machine failures to minimize downtime effectively. You will utilize reliability equipment and technology to predict pending failures, gather data on a daily basis, and work closely with maintenance planners to schedule repairs proactively. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining equipment, improving reliability, and extending the life of manufacturing machinery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Predict pending failures by reviewing and analyzing gathered data.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data collection.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule proactive repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.

Requirements

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or minimum 5 years' experience in reliability technology.
• Root cause failure analysis understanding and ability to work independently or in a group environment.
• PDM certifications or willingness to obtain them within a reasonable time.
