Join TOYOTI1 as a full-time Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will utilize reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failure, review and analyze data to predict pending failure, and utilize advanced technology for data collection. Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime, detect leaks, change filters, and more. The position requires continuous learning and training to stay current in predictive maintenance technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failure to minimize downtime.
• Utilize advanced technology for data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and repairs.
• Attend reliability and maintenance meetings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with root cause failure analysis.
• Willingness to obtain Pdm related certifications.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
