Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are hiring a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze potential machine failures proactively, predict pending failures, and ensure efficient operations by performing necessary maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and use advanced technology to predict machine failures.
• Coordinate with maintenance planners and conduct scheduled repairs to prevent downtime.
• Detect leaks and perform necessary maintenance tasks like changing filters and collecting oil samples.
• Recommend equipment upgrades and collaborate to improve the reliability program.
• Comply with safety procedures and communicate effectively with plant operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Experience in daily data collection, analyzing, and reporting in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to undergo job-related training and obtain necessary certifications.
• Strong root cause failure analysis skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
