Job Description

Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with a designated group of seniors and their families.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and ensure residents' well-being.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe living environment.
- Deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and flexibility in serving residents.
- Prior experience working with seniors is preferred.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions in the residents' best interests.
