Salary: $116,800 - $128,152 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager of Enterprise Security to join Flexential's team. As the Manager of Enterprise Security, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of Flexential sites, the security and safety of assets, personnel, and customers. This role involves leading security initiatives, managing physical security systems, developing policies, and overseeing security staff.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions

• Manage inhouse and contracted security staff and contracts.
• Act as a security subject matter expert for interactions with employees, customers, and vendors.
• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Manage security operations budgets.
• Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel.
• Manage physical security systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on security initiatives and projects.
• Travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of managing people, projects, and budgets.
• Experience with low voltage systems, access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarms.
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and systems schematics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security systems management.
