Job Description
TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC. is seeking dedicated Apprentice Maintenance Technicians to join our innovative team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a Maintenance Technician Apprentice, you will be responsible for performing basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
- Handle hydraulics, pneumatics, oil lubrication, and filter changes.
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) - Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley.
- Assist with AC & DC servo drives maintenance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Associate's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
- Strong safety awareness and a positive attitude.
Physical Requirements
- Occasional lifting of objects up to 80 pounds.
