Maintenance Technician Apprentice

Job Description

TOYO TIRE NORTH AMERICA MANUFACTURING, INC. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Apprentice Maintenance Technicians at our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As an Apprentice Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic preventive maintenance on advanced production machinery, including robotic-driven equipment with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Responsibilities

• Conduct basic preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Perform tasks related to hydraulics, pneumatics, oil lubrication, and filter changes.
• Work on Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) such as Mitsubishi and Allen Bradley.
• Handle AC & DC Servo drives.
• Adhere to a night shift schedule, including weekends and holidays, in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Associate's degree.
• Minimum of two years of mechanical experience.
• Ability to lift objects up to 80 pounds.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Effective team player with high safety awareness.
