The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of litigation experience, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management and conduct research, discovery, and factual investigations.
- Review medical records and prepare medical chronologies.
- Draft memoranda, pleadings, and case progress reports.
- Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of litigation experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Active membership in the Florida Bar.
