Rochester Manor is seeking per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team! As an LPN under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver efficient nursing care, ensuring positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. This role involves assessing patients, administering medications, supervising patient care, and contributing to care planning.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
