Job Description
Rochester Manor is looking for per diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver quality nursing care, ensure positive clinical outcomes, and enhance patient/family satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Conduct patient assessments and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to care planning and administration of medications.
- Supervise unlicensed staff in providing patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
- Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
